A History of Caring for Clients of All Sizes
Illinois Health Agents was founded by two Chicagoland insurance brokers in 2007.
While working for both small and large Chicago-based insurance brokerage companies, we noticed that people looking for an individual or family health insurance policy did not have access to a lot of reliable resources. The big brokerages only wanted to work on large, high commission clients while many small insurance agencies often assigned inexperienced employees and recent college graduates to work with individuals and small businesses, often providing insufficient and incorrect policy recommendations based on the client’s needs.
As a result, Illinois Health Agents was created to fill this important need by offering a better health insurance experience to meet the growing needs of individuals, families, and businesses.
Our proven track record of providing outstanding customer service, combined with the knowledge of our staff, has allowed our company to grow year after year. We are privileged to have issued over 5,000 individual client policies with over half of our business coming from referrals.
