BCBSIL and OSF – Agreement Reached

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) and the Order of St. Francis Healthcare System (OSF) have reached an agreement that will keep the following OSF hospitals in BCBSIL’s PPO and BlueChoice^® networks:

Medical Center	City
OSF St. Joseph Medical Center	Bloomington
OSF St. Mary Medical Center	Galesburg
OSF St. Luke Medical Center	Kewanee
OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center	Ottawa
OSF St. Francis Medical Center	Peoria
OSF St. James Hospital	Pontiac
OSF St. Paul Medical Center	Mendota
OSF St. Anthony Medical Center	Rockford
OSF Holy Family Medical Center	Monmouth

The OSF St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton also remains in BCBSIL’s PPO and BlueChoice networks.

These OSF hospitals also continue to participate in the BCBSIL HMO network. OSF physician groups will continue to be available in the physician network.
