Cigna is leaving the Illinois individual market after December 31, 2026. Cigna already left Cook County for 2026 and has announced a full exit from the ACA marketplace for 2027. Current members keep coverage through the end of 2026, then need a replacement during open enrollment (November 1, 2026 - January 15, 2027). We compare every remaining carrier free.
