Molina offers Marketplace plans across three metal tiers. All Molina Marketplace plans are HMO plans, so covered care is provided through Molina’s in-network doctors and hospitals.
Bronze
Lowest monthly premium with higher deductibles. Best for members who want catastrophic protection and free preventive care.
Silver
Balanced premiums and out-of-pocket costs. Silver is the tier to check first if you may qualify for extra cost-sharing savings.
Gold
Higher monthly premium with the lowest deductibles and copays. Best for members who expect to use more care.
