Medicare Select Plans are available in specific geographic areas only, and you must live within a 30 mile radius of a Medicare Select participating hospital listed below to enroll in a Medicare Select plan.

In exchange for choosing to use the Medicare Select hospital network, you receive a discounted premium about 15% lower than Standard BCBSIL Medicare Supplement Plans. BCBSIL Secure Med-Select plans have the lowest cost available for Medicare beneficiaries who qualify.
